Overview
The mutual funds that Cooke & Bieler sub-advise for Wells Fargo are managed by Cooke & Bieler’s research team the same way that we manage separate accounts for our institutional clients. The team utilizes the same philosophy and process and constructs the mutual fund portfolios to be almost identical to similar institutional separate accounts.
Wells Fargo Mutual Funds
On July 23, 2004, Wells Fargo Management, LLC completed the adoption of the Cooke & Bieler mutual funds.
Through a sub-advisory agreement with Wells Fargo Funds Management, Cooke & Bieler is responsible for the investment management of these adopted mutual funds.
